| A: |
When you place an order for table linens and are not located in the Seattle Metro area, we will ship them to you by FedEx. They are shipped to arrive the day before your event. Do not discard the boxes. You will need them to return the linen on the first business day after your event. Included in your shipment will be one return label for each box shipped. If you have more than one shipment, it is very important that you not mix up the return labels between shipments. The label is what idetifies the linen when it arrives back to us. If the incorrect label is used, we may not be able to apply your return correctly.
Late Returns!
It is very important that you return your linens in a timely manner. When you turn over your boxes to FedEx, we are notified that they are in transit. When you turn them over to FedEx late it affects the next customer who has rented those linen. Any late returns will be charged according to our rental rates.
Damages!
DO NOT PACK WET LINENS! Lay them out to dry prior to packing. All damaged linen will be billed directly to the customers credit card. You should inspect all linen prior to packing them back in the return boxes. Damage includes but is not limited to cuts, tears, stains that will not come out, or any other type of damage that renders the linen un-rentable. At the point that we determine a linen to be damaged, we will let you know either my email or telephone. If you would like to keep the linen just let us know and it will be shipped to you at your expense.
